256-bit TLS encryption in transit
All data transferred between your browser and Clausix is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. The same standard used by banks and healthcare providers.
Never stored permanently
Your contract text is used only to generate your analysis and then discarded. We do not store the raw text of your contracts on our servers after the analysis is complete.
Never used to train AI models
Your contracts are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — including Claude. Anthropic's API terms prohibit using API inputs for model training by default.
GDPR-aligned data practices
We collect only what's necessary to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Powered by Claude (Anthropic)
Analysis is performed via Anthropic's API. Anthropic is an AI safety company with enterprise-grade security infrastructure. Your data is processed under Anthropic's data processing terms.
SOC 2 Type II — in progress
We are currently pursuing SOC 2 Type II certification. This audit covers security, availability, and confidentiality controls across the Clausix platform.
What happens to your contract data
You upload a contract
Your file is sent to our servers over an encrypted TLS connection. PDF and Word files are parsed in memory — raw file bytes are not persisted.
Text is sent to Claude (Anthropic) for analysis
The extracted contract text is sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. This transmission is also encrypted. Anthropic processes the text to generate your analysis results.
Analysis results are returned and saved
Your analysis output (risk score, flags, summary, key terms) is saved to your account so you can access it later. The original contract text is not stored — only the analysis.
You control your data
You can delete any analysis from your dashboard at any time. Deleting your account removes all associated analysis records. Contact hello@clausix.app to request full data deletion.
