You may create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Upload malicious files or content
• Resell or redistribute analysis results as a competing service

7. Limitation of Liability

Clausix is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated analysis.
